چکیده :
The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the corporate ecosystem has shifted its role from a mere operational tool to a profound catalyst for Strategic Organizational Transformation (SOT). Despite a recent surge in scholarly interest, the existing literature remains highly fragmented regarding the precise mechanisms through which distinct AI capabilities catalyze strategic and structural shifts. To address this critical epistemological gap, this study conducts a descriptive and analytical Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in strict accordance with the PRISMA guidelines, synthesizing a robust corpus of peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2026. Through rigorous thematic analysis, this review identifies three core AI capabilities, analytical, autonomous, and interactive, and deconstructs how they directly drive business model innovation, strategic agility, and dynamic capability reconfiguration. Furthermore, the synthesis highlights the crucial moderating roles of organizational culture, leadership digital readiness, and human-AI collaboration frameworks in either accelerating or hindering the transformation process. Ultimately, this study proposes a novel conceptual framework, termed the "AI-Strategy Nexus," which not only consolidates the fragmented theoretical landscape but also provides actionable, evidence-based pathways for executives navigating AI-driven strategic change.
